The Heart of Our Care
Our dedicated care team at Healing Home is made up of skilled and compassionate professionals, committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our participants. Each team member undergoes rigorous training and brings a wealth of experience to ensure the well-being and comfort of those we serve.
John is an experienced Registered Nurse with 13 years in the field, including roles as a Clinical Nurse Educator in rehabilitation and aged care, and as a Wound Clinical Nurse Consultant at Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospital.
He brings a strong background in acute care, rehabilitation, and wound care, and is highly skilled in de-escalating challenging behaviours. Passionate about mentoring, John enjoys educating and guiding new nurses, fostering confidence and clinical excellence in the next generation of care professionals.

Beth is a Registered Nurse with 15 years of experience, specialising in rehabilitation and aged care. She has held roles as a Clinical Nurse Specialist, Interim Clinical Care Coordinator, and Clinical Nurse Educator. With a postgraduate qualification in Geriatric Nursing from the University of Tasmania, Beth brings strong clinical insight and leadership. Her background in human resources strengthens her people skills, and she is known for her depth of understanding, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for inspiring and supporting others
Maribeth Pineda RN

Emile is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in rehabilitation, aged care, and disability services. A devoted mother, she brings deep compassion and warmth into her work. With a strong background in finance and a heart for service, Emile embodies the values of Healing Home Health Services. Her intelligence, empathy, and dedication inspired the company’s slogan, “We care beyond compare.”

Paul is a Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, including overseas qualifications and a strong background in aged care, rehabilitation, and diverse hospital departments. He previously worked as a Health Project Officer and community leader, bringing a deep understanding of both healthcare systems and community engagement. His passion for sports and inclusive initiatives helps foster a sense of belonging for clients, while his experience in business and health leadership has been key in shaping the foundation of Healing Home Health Services.
